Having worked with and helped scale high growth executive search firms, Ben established KNiON to create a more authentic executive search experience while continuing is work with high growth companies and VC/PE backed businesses. One that moved away from corporate norms and focused more on people, and results. Believing people are the most important part of any business, Ben is building a team that delivers results, be a part of some phenomenal success stories and leave a lasting impact on the businesses and individuals they work with.
Outside of work Ben can still be found competing in triathlons, tennis and football. In whatever spare time is left, he enjoys travelling, learning, and regaling anyone who will listen in tales of how “close” he came to making it as an athlete when he was younger!

Joey grew up in Bangkok, Thailand before moving to the UK when he was 9 years old. After graduating with a degree in history at Swansea University, Joey joined KNiON as our first ever employee and is passionate about advising scale-up businesses on growth with the empathy to understand founder-led businesses and their challenges.
Since joining, Joey has rapidly progressed within the business, earning three promotions and is now KNiON's first Senior Consultant. He continues to deliver C-suite, Director and Board level projects over a wide field of disciplines, industries and geographies.
In his spare time, Joey can be found playing guitar, practicing Muay Thai, and watching football. He is an avid Oxford United fan!

Joey Clabbon
James graduated with a first-class degree in Business and Management from Henley Business School, and the University of Reading. He joined KNiON as an Associate in early 2023 and has quickly progressed to Consultant.
He is passionate about people, building businesses, and partnering with some of the world's most recognisable Private Equity & Venture Capital backed organisations. He has successfully led numerous high-profile Director to C-level searches across the FinTech, Marketplace, EdTech, HealthTech and GreenTech sectors, across the UK and international markets.

Hannah graduated from the University of Nottingham where she studied Psychology, before going on to obtain an Msc in Occupational Psychology at the Nottingham Trent University. Passionate about people-led performance improvement, she now applies her academic expertise and research-background to real-world organisational challenges.
Delivering a range of CxO and VP level search, she enjoys partnering closely with early-stage businesses and Founders, to understand the true culture of an organisation to help ensure successful leadership appointments.
Outside of work, Hannah enjoys travelling, reading, and spending time with her friends and family.
